HAPPY BIRTHDAY

This one is for myself.

:D

I brought this metal photo frame from our latest Oregon trip.

Just love it. It has exactly what I need: to decorate and to display.

Fun and pretty.

Plus I got a great deal for it. So happy to have it now at my room's wall.

I added some card tops, all Happy Birthdays'.

Then I realized I need to make some more...(there's none in my card box)!

Happy Birthday You Too!

So Sweet - 3 cards ONE sketch

As you can tell, all 3 cards follow the same easy & simple sketch, using basic combination of colors for both papers and stamped images.

This stamp set is called So Sweet. I just love this.

All supplies are from Close To My Heart.

Happy Spring!

about colors - from nature

It is just anything goes colored!

As I'm planning the next scrapbook layout and some cards, I was looking for some "color-inspired" theme or title to go for it.

Here are few names to think about: color escape, cor e amor(Portuguese), color viewfinder.

In the meantime, how about some bright ones as today's eye candy?

Love flowers.

COPIC certification day

Portland, Oregon - cold and cloudy - bit rainy day, outside only.

March, 28 - 2010.

It was so much fun. Meeting people who like Paper Crafting, Stamping and Coloring.

I had a wonderful day and was so happy just to be there.

Thank you - Marianne!

favorite markers, fabulous colors

Today's sharing:

As I'm almost done packaging my stuff for the Portland trip (the COPIC certification session) I thought I could show in here another card I made recently.

I'm so happy and excited to see how everything will be.

And so glad I'll be able to be with my family too. It'll be our weekend getaway as well.

Supplies: markers (COPIC sketch), stamp ( Penny Black), papers (CTMH), ribbon (Ofray).

Hope you have a great day, I know I will!

Ready for the COPIC!

SO excited we are getting ready for the COPIC certification week.

We'll be heading to Portland - Oregon by next weekend.

I like Oregon and I'm glad to be able to go back for this exciting event!

PS*the cute dog(Inkadinkado Stamp) you see above was colored with my first COPIC markers!

Happy week for you too!

where to go??

This picture I took a time ago, when we had a day getaway at SF.

Initially I just wanted to get an image to show we're off to beach way but then later on I realized this could be a bit further than just a "signage".

Beach could be anywhere wonderful we're heading to, or in a metaphorical way...somewhere we'd like to be. "Right Turns Only" is said when you'are supposed to choose a direction and follow it to get to a destination, or in a creative vibe, you choose something you're meant to do.

Well, all these can be applied into a paper crafter CREATIVE daily routine.

Did you find your "beach" today?

Where are you heading to?

The answers may drive you to a creative and fun ideas for you, your projects and your day.

Enjoy the process.
